Heald Farm Court Extra Care Village, Newton le Willows

“The contract was circa £10.63m and the build programme was undertaken over 78 weeks. The scheme was developed within the cost budget (£10.4m) and was delivered ahead of programme, which was impressive given the complexity and distinctive design of the scheme.” - Bill Lacey, Director of Development and Regeneration - Torus Group
