Works Description: Completed in two projects, the first scheme at Grade 2 listed Didsbury Library, comprised a conversion of storage and office space to provide DDA facilities and general refurbishment to offices.

The second contract comprised roofing replacement works, joinery, new lead valleys and slate replacements to the main roof and tower and the overhaul and refurbishment of stained glass windows. In addition, dry rot remedial works were also carried out to prevent further decay of the timbers. All works were carried out under a temporary roof that was constructed to allow commencement of this contract in winter to meet the client’s library refurbishment programme and budget deadlines.
