Location: Prestbury

Value: £5.5m

Works Description: The project involved the conversion of a Grade 2 listed 17th Century manor house into seven luxury apartments, together with three new build town houses.

This late 17th Century Georgian style mansion house, featured in The Domesday Book, has been sympathetically restored and redeveloped into a building containing seven luxury apartments. Three new elegant townhouses in a complementary style to the main building have been constructed within the grounds.

Many of the building’s original features have been retained, including large elements of the stone and brick structure, timber sash windows, Jacobean staircase and wattle and mud walls, which have been sensitively preserved within new partition walls.
