Works Description: Primrose Hill Primary School is a new 1.5 form entry Primary School and Children & Family Centre constructed on a vacant brownfield 5 acre site in the heart of Ordsall. The school is able to cater for up to 315 pupils and has 80 children places in the Children’s Centre.

The project achieved a ‘Good’ BREEAM rating and responds fully to ‘Secure by Design’ representing a stepped change in the way school buildings are designed and built in Salford.

Key stakeholders ranging from school staff, pupils, governors and councillors were all consulted and involved with the project throughout its design and construction.
