Positive start to 2016 – Two new Contracts for Cruden Construction Ltd

Cruden Construction is delighted to announce that it has secured two further contract awards.

At Penkridge, Staffordshire, Cruden Construction has commenced demolition works on the initial phase of an extra care lite development that will see 41 apartments developed for new client, Housing Plus. This is Cruden Construction’s 28th contract in the extra care sector and follows on from recent successes with Belong and the Morris Feinmann Homes Trust and Wrekin Housing Trust.

At Shavington near Crewe, the company has commenced design and enabling works for the construction of 17 new homes for long standing client, Wulvern Housing.

Construction MD Ian Woolrich commented: “We are delighted with these new awards which reaffirms the trust and respect in which Cruden Construction is held. Our goal, as always, will be to deliver high-quality construction, on-time and on-budget through a collaborative approach.”

The two contracts have a combined value approaching £8 million.
