Delivering Safe Sites Christmas Message
Cruden Construction Site Manager, Gary Shaw joined with Arcus Consulting Managing Director, Clive Sellars to reinforce previous presentations about the dangers of playing on construction sites.
Cruden Construction Site Manager, Gary Shaw joined with Arcus Consulting Managing Director, Clive Sellars this morning at Dallam Primary School and Dallam Little Stars Nursery on Boulting Avenue, Dallam, Warrington, to reinforce previous presentations about the dangers of playing on construction sites.
Our Safe Construction Sites joint presentation is part of a series of activities which both Cruden and Arcus are undertaking with Torus Group in Dallam, Warrington to support the local community as construction of new housing and local shops progresses on the estate.
The children were interested and attentive even with Christmas fast approaching. As a thank you for the pupil’s attentiveness and also for their patience and understanding whilst the building works are going on around them, Gary and Clive were delighted to present the pupils with Christmas selection boxes and flowers to the two Head Teachers as a token of gratitude for their support.
Building in the heart of a residential area requires great care and attention to cause the minimal amount of disruption possible to local people and businesses, so it is great to see cooperation like this going on, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
Donna Kendal, Business Manager for Dallam Primary School and Dallam Little Stars Nursery says of the Cruden/Arcus initiative: “Thank you to you and the team for calling into school today. The children are delighted with their selection boxes and the flowers were such a thoughtful gift.”
